For years I struggled to lose weight, build muscle, and get a body I could be proud of.

I had always been interested in fitness, in building my dream body, but I always struggled to actually get there.

For awhile I'd make some progress, but I would always inevitably cave for pizza or a burger and fries and derail any progress I had made!
